Product Performance

Material: Graphite filled nylon (PA6/PA66), with self-lubricating, conductive, thermal conductive and wear-resistant properties.

Color: Black; Flame retardancy: UL94 V-0, self-extinguishing.

Inner diameter: Fits M2～M24 screws (e.g. M3 inner diameter ≈ 3.2mm).

Outer diameter: 2～45mm; Thickness: 0.1～3mm (common sizes: 0.5/1.0/1.5mm).

Size example: M3×6×1 (ID 3mm × OD 6mm × Thickness 1mm).

Physical Properties

Temperature resistance: -40℃～+180℃ (short-term peak up to 220℃), better than ordinary white nylon.

Friction coefficient: 0.12, self-lubricating and oil-free wear resistance; white nylon is about 0.3～0.4.

Conductivity & insulation: Slightly conductive / antistatic by graphite filling; dielectric strength ≥15kV/mm.

Mechanical performance: Pressure resistance ≥45MPa, high hardness, creep resistance, shock absorption and noise reduction with strong load capacity.

Chemical performance: Acid, alkali, oil and corrosion resistant, rustproof; suitable for humid, salt spray and slightly corrosive environments.

• Combined with graphite self-lubrication and nylon elasticity, it features low friction and long service life (3 times longer than white nylon). Widely used in bearings, gears, bushings, micro motors, motors, fans and movement components to reduce wear and noise with maintenance-free performance.

• Heat resistant up to 180℃, weakly conductive and antistatic. Used as gaskets between screws and metal, PCBs and enclosures, components and frames to isolate conduction and prevent short circuit, electric leakage and electrostatic breakdown. Ideal for power supplies, industrial controls, inverters, charging piles and high-temperature electrical appliances.

• Enlarges bearing area and disperses pressure, avoiding scratches on PCBs, painted surfaces and plastic parts caused by screws, and preventing deformation and cracking of thin plates and precision parts. Suitable for scenarios with high-frequency vibration and high-temperature assembly.

• Resistant to oil, acid, alkali and salt spray. Applied to low-pressure pumps and valves, pipe flanges, hydraulic parts, gearboxes and turbocharger connections for auxiliary sealing and leakage prevention, adapting to harsh environments in automotive, chemical and mechanical industries.

• With elasticity and self-lubricating properties, it absorbs vibration, reduces noise and prevents screw loosening. Protects vehicle electronics, car lamps, battery packs and braking systems to improve equipment stability.

• Matched with spacing pillars to adjust height precisely, maintain component spacing, standardize wiring and assist heat dissipation. Suitable for multi-layer PCBs, module elevation and high-temperature isolation inside enclosures.
