Machinability: Punchable, drillable, cuttable and bendable; no delamination or cracking.

Wear & Elasticity: Wear-resistant, creep-resistant, shock-absorbent and impact-damping.

Thermal Properties

Long-term temperature resistance: -40℃～+180℃ (Class H insulation).

Flame retardancy: Self-extinguishing and arc-suppressing, suitable for fireproof and high-voltage arc scenarios.

Electrical Properties (Core Insulation)

Breakdown voltage: ≥6.0 kV/mm with stable insulation.

Features: High dielectric strength, leak-proof, short-circuit resistant and antistatic.

Chemical Properties

Oil, acid, alkali and salt spray resistant, corrosion-free and rust-proof.

Usage

1. Electrical Insulation (Motors / Transformers / New Energy)

Motors: Slot insulation, end insulation and gaskets; heat resistant up to 180℃, oil-proof and shockproof, mandatory for new energy vehicle drive motors.

Transformers: Interlayer insulation, partitions and strips; salt spray resistant, arc extinguishing and high-voltage insulation.

Electronics & Power: PCB insulation gaskets, spacing pads and high-voltage insulation washers; leakage and short-circuit prevention.

Core Advantages: Class H high-temperature insulation, arc extinction and long service life.

2. Mechanical Sealing / Wear Resistance / Buffering

Sealing: Gaskets for pumps, valves, flanges, pressure gauges and high-pressure cylinder valves; oil and corrosion resistant, leak-proof.

Wear Resistance: Wear pads for gearboxes, bearings and shaft sleeves; self-lubricating, shock and noise reduction.

Buffering: Shockproof and adjusting pads for motors and equipment; pressure dispersion and anti-loosening of screws.

3. Automotive & New Energy (High Temperature + Wear Resistance + Insulation)

New Energy Vehicles: Motor slot insulation, battery pack insulation pads and high-voltage connector spacers.
