Performance
Self-lubricating & Ultra-low Friction
MoS₂ forms a solid lubricating film with a friction coefficient of 0.1–0.2. No additional grease required. Wear life is 2–3 times that of ordinary nylon with excellent anti-seize performance.
High Mechanical Strength
Greatly improved stiffness, hardness and dimensional stability. Outstanding compression and creep resistance, ideal for heavy-load and vibrating working conditions.
Thermal Stability
Long-term service temperature: -40℃～+120℃, up to 150℃ temporarily. MoS₂ remains thermally stable without decomposition near melting point.
Insulation & Aging Resistance
Excellent electrical insulation with breakdown voltage ≥20kV/mm. Oil, acid, alkali and solvent resistant; water absorption ≤0.8%, with good outdoor UV resistance.
Vibration Damping & Noise Reduction
Good elasticity for stress dispersion, reducing vibration and noise while protecting bolts and contact surfaces.

Insulating gaskets and washers for motors, transformers and PCBs; leakage-proof, shockproof and wear-resistant.
