Temperature resistance: -40℃~+120℃ (up to 150℃ for short-term use).

Insulation: Dielectric strength ≥20kV/mm, non-conductive and non-magnetic.

Mechanical: Moderate hardness, high tensile strength, wear-resistant, self-lubricating, shock-absorbent and noise-reducing.

Chemical: Acid & alkali resistant, corrosion resistant, rustproof and oil resistant; suitable for humid and slightly corrosive environments.

Main Applications

1. Electrical Insulation & Short-circuit Prevention

Nylon is non-conductive. It isolates PCB boards from metal enclosures, between multi-layer PCBs, and between components and housings, preventing short circuits, electric leakage and high-voltage breakdown, and improving overall safety and reliability.

2. Spacing & Height Support

It fixes and elevates circuit boards and assemblies to a designated height, reserving routing space and heat dissipation gaps, avoiding structural interference and optimizing internal layout.

3. Fastening & Connection

Used with screws to firmly fix PCBs, modules and panels. It replaces metal studs to reduce conduction risks. Hexagon design allows easy tool tightening and simple installation.

4. Shock Absorption, Heat Insulation & Corrosion Resistance

Nylon features proper elasticity to absorb vibration and protect sensitive components. It also provides heat insulation, acid and alkali resistance, and rust-proof performance. Lightweight and suitable for humid and harsh working environments.
