1. Physical & Mechanical Properties

High hardness, good rigidity and stiffness, not easy to deform.

High tensile strength, tear-resistant and fracture-proof.

Smooth surface, good flatness and excellent dimensional stability.

Extremely low water absorption, barely deformed when damp.

2. Temperature Resistance

Long-term service temperature: -20℃ ~ 120℃.

Short-term heat resistance up to 150℃.

Better temperature resistance than ordinary PVC and paper insulation, comparable to white nylon.

3. Electrical Insulation Properties

Excellent insulation with high breakdown voltage.

Stable dielectric performance; low electric leakage under high/low temperature and humid conditions.

Ideal for high-voltage isolation and insulating gaskets in electrical and electronic devices.

4. Chemical & Environmental Resistance

Resistant to oil, weak acid, weak alkali and organic solvents.

Rust-proof, corrosion-resistant, mildew-proof and moisture-proof.

Not resistant to strong alkali and high-temperature steam.
