Applications
Mainly applied in electronics and electrical fields as PCB isolation baffles and insulating gaskets to prevent short circuits and electric leakage.
Serves as internal insulating parts for motors, power supplies, inverters and other equipment; used as insulating supports and partition plates for industrial control devices and electrical control cabinets.
Also applicable as insulating liners and wear-resistant insulating components in mechanical structures, ideal for normal and medium temperature insulation scenarios.
Performance
Excellent insulation with high breakdown voltage, maintaining stable insulation under high/low temperature and humid conditions.
Long-term temperature resistance: -30℃～150℃, short-term heat resistance up to 180℃; flame retardant grade UL94 V-0.
Resistant to acid, alkali, oil and corrosion; high hardness, great rigidity and good dimensional stability.
Non-deformable, suitable for stamping, drilling, cutting and other processing.
