1. Material Formula – Precisely Optimized for Industrial Conditions

This new material adopts a professional modified formula of 85% high-purity POM base material + 15% premium PTFE, manufactured by precision extrusion into integrated rolls. Unlike ordinary blended modified plastics, we apply advanced uniform dispersion technology to distribute PTFE particles evenly inside the POM matrix. This effectively avoids delamination, inconsistent performance and local wear defects, balancing excellent mechanical strength and stable self-lubrication for far more reliable performance than ordinary modified POM.

Standard POM has a dry friction coefficient of 0.25~0.35, which easily causes heat generation, stuttering and abnormal noise during operation. PTFE modification significantly improves the PV value of the material, reaching 2–3 times that of standard POM, with a 40%–60% lower wear rate. It delivers excellent resistance to dry friction and repeated reciprocating wear. Under high-frequency sliding and high-pressure extrusion conditions, the material resists powdering, abrasion and aging effectively. The service life of finished parts is more than doubled compared with ordinary POM components, reducing replacement frequency and downtime.

It fully retains POM’s inherent advantages of high hardness, high rigidity and excellent creep resistance, while overcoming pure PTFE’s weaknesses of soft texture and easy compression deformation. With extremely low water absorption, it maintains stable dimensions in humid and temperature-variable environments, ensuring high precision for custom gaskets, sliding guides and precision mechanical parts.

2.4 Excellent chemical & weather resistance for complex working conditions

The material offers great resistance to oil, weak acid, weak alkali and common organic solvents, resisting corrosion from industrial oils and cleaning agents. It works stably in a wide temperature range of -40℃ to 100℃, remaining tough at low temperatures and dimensionally stable at high temperatures. It adapts perfectly to indoor, outdoor, dry-wet alternating and mildly corrosive industrial environments.

2.5 Integrated roll forming & high processing efficiency

Manufactured by one-piece extrusion molding without splicing gaps, the roll material features superior flatness and stability. It supports diverse processing methods including die cutting, stamping, slicing and precision finishing.
