1. Product Overview
Wenzhou Longwang Electronic Plastic newly launches 0.2mm ultra-thin black PPA film with 250mm standard width. Adopting modified polyphthalamide material, it integrates high strength, outstanding temperature resistance, insulation and chemical resistance. With high flatness and precise tolerance, the roll film supports custom cutting, slitting and laminating, ideal for automated mass production.
2. Core Features
• Temperature Stability
Long-term heat resistance: 130–150°C, peak up to 180°C. Dimensionally stable under high/low temperature and thermal cycling, no deformation or embrittlement.
• Insulation & Flame Retardant
Pinhole-free dense structure ensures excellent insulation. Optional anti-static & light-shielding function, compliant with industrial flame-retardant standards for safe use.
• Chemical Resistance
Resistant to oil, lubricants, weak acid, alkali and organic solvents, no swelling, cracking or delamination in harsh working conditions.
• High Processability
Accurate 0.2mm thickness, flexible and bend-resistant. Easy for die-cutting, hot pressing and laminating. 250mm wide design reduces splicing and boosts production efficiency.
• Dimensional Stability
Ultra-low water absorption compared with ordinary PA films, maintaining stable size in humid environments.
• Superior Barrier Property
Low water vapor and gas permeability, delivers excellent waterproof, dustproof and oxygen barrier performance.
